We are the community we support. We are a collaborative community-led Think and Do Tank that uses our GUDD cycle approach to addressing issues : Gather, Understand, Design, Deliver
Social issues are complex because people are dynamic. Complex strategies are therefore needed to address them, but they don’t have to be complicated. We work with community based organisations to provide continuity and each intervention is designed for mutual benefit, so each component part of the solution strategy can be simple.
Our holistic models address big issues – usually more than one at a time as that is how life is - on a local level to test out ideas, evaluate and then pilot for wider roll out. Each project is independent but becomes part of a bigger social solution when they are joined together.
